职位:地表水产品经理

岗位职责和要求

Job Specifications and Work Performed

> Work with the sales team to develop and implement of key product go to market strategy.

与销售团队合作制定和实施水质监测和采样产品线的关键产品上市战略,以满足长短期业务发展需求。


> Working closely with GC key product managers to bridge local market needs and product development.

与GC关键产品经理密切合作,满足本地市场需求和产品开发。


> Create new sales opportunities through proactive efforts with major customers and continuous marketing intelligence gathering.

通过积极拜访主要客户和持续收集营销情报,创造新销售机会。


> Identify and foster relationships with key customers and associations.

识别和培养与关键客户和协会的关系。


> Provide monthly and quarterly reports on the status of programs and initiatives and quarterly analysis of sales by product and region.

提供项目和关键举措的月度和季度报告,以及各产品和区域的季度销售分析。


> Perform competitive analysis and assure proper product positioning and pricing.

实施竞争分析,确保正确的产品定位和定价。


> Work with global marketing team to localize technical marketing materials (content) for launch kits, presentations, sales tools, web content and webinars.

与全球营销团队合作翻译技术营销资料(内容),用于产品发布、演示、销售工具、网络内容和网络研讨会。


> Provide training for internal and external teams and distribution partners.

经验学历和要求

Experience & Academic 

Requirements

> BS in Chemical Analyzing, Eco engineering or Mechanical engineering. MBA is preferred.

化学分析、生态工程或机械工程学士学位,MBA优先。


> Prior product management, marketing and/or sales experience.

具备产品管理、营销和/或销售经验。


> Prior leadership experience.

具备领导经验。

> Technical training/experience in the surface water field.

地表水领域技术培训/经验。


> At least 3 years working experience in water area with multinational companies.

至少3年跨国公司水行业工作经验。


> Strong communication skill under different culture background.

不同文化背景下的强大沟通技能。

Requirements

> Education: B.A. or above, major in chemistry, biochemistry.


> Experience: +7 years experience in a similar position, +3 years experience in  sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry or Food & Beverage industry


>  Familiar with office software.


> CET-4,  good English in both speaking and writing.

> 统筹管理实验室及便携式水质分析仪在全国范围内销售工作,直接向实验室垂直市场经理汇报。


> 完成实验室及便携式水质分析仪产品线全年销售目标。


> 负责实验室及便携式水质分析产品线大客户及代理商的管理。


> 组织及实施市场推广及行业拓展计划。


> 发展新的销售渠道以及新市场。


> 负责代理商和客户的日常培训。


> 负责完成工作月报以及销售预测报告。


> 负责与实验室及便携式水质分析仪产品经理的日常沟通,不断学习新的产品知识。

Requirements

> 学历: 本科及以上, 化学或环境工程专业优先。


> 经验:  5 年以上类似职位经验,5年以上环境监测或科研院所销售工作经验。


> 熟悉使用Office办公软件。


> CET-4,  良好的英语听、说、写能力。


> 具备快速的学习能力,具备创新精神,并且可以在工作中承受高压力高强度。


> 具备良好的沟通和协调能力。


> 具备良好的计划和执行能力。
